To safeguard your operations and secure your account, FPFX mandates the completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process following your successful challenge completion.


          The KYC process will be conducted after you have passed the challenge.

           What is required to finalize the KYC?

         


1. Accepted Documents

A. Identity Verification (Choose 1):

International Passport (preferred)

. National ID Card (e.g., Nigerian NIN, Indian Aadhaar)

Driver’s License (government-issued)


B. Proof of Address (Choose 1, <3>

Utility Bill (electricity, water, gas)

Bank Statement (with name and address)

Tax Certificate (government-issued)

Lease Agreement (signed by landlord)


C. Additional Verification (if requested):

Selfie with ID: Hold your ID next to your face for manual review.

2. Document Guidelines

Must be:

Clear (no blur, glare, or cropping)

Valid (not expired)

Original (unedited, no screenshots)

Name/address must match your FPFX account.


3. Verification Process

Submit documents via your FPFX dashboard.

Approval within 24–48 hours (business days).
