Yes, FPFX imposes geographic restrictions due to legal and regulatory considerations.
While we value our global trading community, we do not offer services or solicit individuals from certain regions.
Excluded Regions:
- North Korea
Individuals and entities listed under ISIL (Da'esh), Al-Qaida, the Taliban (1988), and others mentioned in the Terrorist Financing Suppression Act are also restricted.
Additionally, the content of our site is not intended for residents of countries where its distribution or use is illegal.
